1950s Heaven Sent

This dress was featured in our fashion show fundraiser and 100% of its profits will be donated to the Emmanuel Home of Protection in Nicaragua. This is a safe home for young girls who have been abused and impregnated usually by family members. The home provides a safe environment for the girls to grow and heal from the traumas they've experienced.

Darling dress with a boat neck line and cap lace sleeves. The bodice is cinched with a pleated cummerbund waist then flows into a full tea length skirt.

Measurements:

Bust 34 inches

Waist 26 inches

Length 48 inches

In good condition. Satin Pleats on bodice tacked down to keep their shape. Small hole in lace near zipper. Two lipstick smudges on inside of dress (not visible from outside). Please note all items are vintage and might have minor signs of wear due to its age.

The dress is modeled with a crinoline to achieve the authentic 1950s look. Please note these undergarments are not included with the dress, but I’m more than happy to recommend shops where you can find similar pieces to recreate this silhouette.
