1950s Floral Dream

This dress was featured in our fashion show fundraiser and 100% of its profits will be donated to the Emmanuel Home of Protection in Nicaragua. This is a safe home for young girls who have been abused and impregnated usually by family members. The home provides a safe environment for the girls to grow and heal from the traumas they've experienced.

Incredible vintage wedding dress by the designer Alfred Angelo. There is a beautiful sweetheart neckline with lace that connects to sleeves with a "V" cut on the hands. The bodice connects to a piped nipped waist that flows into a voluminous skirt with a sewn in crinoline underneath. There is a small train behind the dress. There is a zipper hidden under the faux buttons. Please note the dress is photographed with a crinoline underneath for additional volume.

We have sourced high quality florals and meticulously hand sewn each one onto the gown for a unique design on the back of the dress.

The dress is in great vintage condition with a few signs of wear to mention. The dress originally had sleeves, but the fabric was torn in many places, so we removed them. There are some small marks on the skirt but they are unnoticeable as there is so much fabric they get lost.
